Welcome to BetOnline. By accessing, registering, or placing wagers on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read this document carefully before initiating gameplay.
1. Age Limit & Player Eligibility
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to open an account or place real-money wagers at BetOnline. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online sports betting and casino gaming are legal in their jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Single User Integrity
- Players may register only one (1) active gaming account on BetOnline. Duplicate accounts registered under secondary email addresses or names will be terminated immediately.
- Players are required to provide accurate, complete identity details during registration and pass mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification.
- You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) security. BetOnline is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials.
3. Sportsbook Wagering & Settlement Rules
All bets placed through the BetOnline sportsbook are governed by official sports settlement standards:
- Once submitted and confirmed by the server, wagers cannot be cancelled, altered, or voided by the player.
- Odds fluctuate dynamically based on market liquidity and incoming betting action. Bets are settled against the exact odds locked in at the moment of wager acceptance.
- In the event of match postponements, cancellations, or official score disputes, settlements follow sport-specific official governing body rules.
4. Casino & Live Dealer Rules
All non-live casino slots and table games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) math software to guarantee unmanipulated, provably fair outcomes. Live dealer games stream real-time card shuffling and roulette spins. Malfunction voids all plays and payouts.
5. Bonuses, Rollover & Promotional Terms
BetOnline promotional bonuses (including welcome deposit matches, free spins, and crypto bonuses) are subject to specific terms:
- Rollover / Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x for sports, 35x for casino) prior to requesting a cash withdrawal.

6. Deposits, Cashouts & Crypto Banking
- Deposits must be executed using payment methods, credit cards, or digital wallets owned directly by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed rapidly upon completed account verification. BetOnline is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect blockchain wallet addresses provided by the player.
- Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply according to your VIP tier level.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination
BetOnline maintains a zero-tolerance stance against fraudulent behavior, automated bot usage, collusion, money laundering, and harassment of staff or live dealers. Accounts engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned with all fraudulent balances forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
BetOnline provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for technical server interruptions, internet connectivity failures on the user side, or temporary line downtime caused by external network issues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable iGaming jurisdictional licensing frameworks.
